- 1 / 5By Riann NovaHorrible customer service. We were told 15-30 mins for our food-- over an hour went by and we still didn't have our food. When we called back, they said the driver had been out for 20 mins (we are only 5-10 mins away from the restaurant). Food has been consistently cold and mediocre. After trying to give third and fourth chances, we will be going else where from now on. YUCK!!!!!!!!!April 11, 2017
